Shipping Within India: We ship across India through our trusted logistics partners, to ensure your ceramics reach you safely and on time.

Delivery Timeline: If the items in your order are ready to ship, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. For items that are made to order, please allow 15–30 days for crafting and delivery. We will keep you informed throughout the process with timely updates.

Cash on Delivery: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All purchases must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateways.

Returns & Refunds: Products purchased from our website are not eligible for return under normal circumstances. However, if you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, you may write to us, and we’ll assess the concern on a case-by-case basis.

If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back to us at your own cost. Upon receiving the item in perfect condition, we will issue a store credit for the same value, which can be redeemed on future purchases from our website.

Damaged or Broken Items: In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the broken item and its packaging. You can reach us via email at care@clayglaze.in, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM. We will arrange for a refund or replacement after verification.

Handmade Product Disclaimer: Each Clay & Glaze piece is handmade by skilled artisans, making every item one of a kind. Slight variations in size, shape, or color are part of the charm of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects, thus not eligible for return or replacement.

Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless under exceptional and justified circumstances.

Each product is made using locally sourced clay, hand-thrown or moulded by skilled artisans, glazed with food-safe finishes, and high-fired to ensure durability and safety.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
