Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline:
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Made-to-Order Products: Delivery may take 15–30 days, depending on production time. You will receive regular updates on your order status.
Shipping Partners: We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Payment Options: We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. All payments must be made online at the time of purchase.

General Policy: Products purchased online cannot be returned under normal circumstances. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Broken Products: If your product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing or messaging us at care@clayandglaze.in with clear photos of the damaged item. We will initiate a refund or replacement once the issue is verified.
Return Process:
- If a return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a credit code for the amount paid, valid for future purchases on our website.

Handmade Nature of Products: All our products are handmade by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur, which are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or replacements.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under unreasonable circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
