Clay and Glaze is a studio pottery initiative brought to you from Pondicherry. We contemporize and curate functional pottery, made by extremely talented village potters in Pondicherry from earthy materials – Clay and Glaze. The clay is locally sourced and blended into a secret formula, wheel thrown and hand-moulded into beautiful shapes, bisque fired and then glazed using different techniques and food-grade glazes that add to the beauty, functionality and luster of the products and fired at 1300 degree Celsius to create a magical piece that can transform your ambience and be the perfect partner to #ServeinStyle.
All our products are handmade, dish-washer and microwave friendly, non-porous and easy to clean, sturdy and made with food-grade glazes without zinc, lead, barium, and cadmium making them safe to use for food consumption and serving.
As the products are hand crafted there might be a slight color, shape or design variation, which is natural and hence makes the product unique. There could be minimal deviation from the pictures you see.
